Sunday School

Today was week three of helping my sister, Jade teach Pre-School Sunday School at our church. :)

I wanted to post today because I was so proud of Dayton!! He was the star pupil today!! :)

The lesson today was about the floooooooood :)

One Year of QT with the Livster

It's been about a year since I started babysitting my niece, Olivia Grace, every Tuesday.

Today we had playdate as usual...

 and then she and Uncle "Tenny" fell asleep watching cartoons...

 and I reflected on the year of Tuesdays we've spent together...

how much she's grown and learned...

 This is Livi at an NBHS Field Hockey game a year ago today. :)

I love her so much and I am so honored to be a part of her life. :)

praying for peace

Today my Dad is singing "Where Were You When the World Stopped Turning"

at church.  I got to hear him practice.

As I listened to him sing, I tearfully prayed for peace

and an end to war with the Middle East.

I prayed for Blake and for all of America's service men and women...

and for the families of those who lost their lives September 11, 2001

and thereafter, due to this awful conflict.

Everyone's lives changed that day...

TODAY...I PRAY FOR PEACE.

family reunion

Today we went to a Lane Family Reunion

It was at a BEAUTIFUL farm house...

We got to chat with some wonderful family we don't often see

and there was BAGPIPES (woo hoo! for our Scottish roots!!)

and I got to take some cool farmhouse pics :)

Dayton made a (girl)friend

Amazing Weekend...

This weekend was so much fun!! It was Dayton's Birthday and my best friends from Lowell came to NB for the Spencer Fair.  We had a fire at my Mom and Dad's both nights and had the most amazing time. :)

I am so blessed to have the most wonderful family and friends!! And husband!! :)  Ha Ha I can't forget you, K!! :)
